Two useful methods about herb gardening
Most of farmers dry herbs from their garden, because they plan to have ready their new herbs after some months. Drying herbs is an easy way to preserve fresh herbs, but because of the water have those herbs before become dry seem to mold before their dry process. To produce herbs with lot of water the best way is to freeze them. They will become soft during the process, but their taste will be the same for long time. In opposition with dry herbs, where the taste becomes more unnatural during dry process, frozen herbs can be used in the similar analogy as fresh ones.
There are 2 ways to make fresh herbs. About the first way, in the beginning the farmer needs to collect only the strong and fresh leaves and clean them with water if needs to and dry them with kitchen paper. Fill 2-3 independent leaves or a tablespoon of finely herbs in ice cube trays. Stuff the half tray with water and be 100% sure the leaves are inside the water, as deep as possible. Of course the leaves will float at the moment, but later on this will solve. After put this tray inside the freezer and when the ice cubes are frozen, stuff the rest half of the tray with water. The leaves now will be deep inside the water and should be totally encircled with water. Now put the tray back into the freezer and when the ice cubes will be ready frozen, pull them out from the tray and stow them in special zip bags. Then the only need is to put one ice cube inside the food.
About the 2nd way, again in the beginning the farmer needs to collect only the strong and fresh leaves and clean them with water if needs to and dry them with kitchen paper. Open the leaves one by one on a cookie sheet or small tray. Freezing the leaves flat and separately will provoke them from freezing all at the same time into a brick. Cover and put the tray of leaves into the freezer. When the material becomes frozen, put in air package boxes and put again to the freezer. When the process to frozen them separately finish, the result will be that the leaves will not mixed together.
